ActivitiesAs a Sustainable Development Engineer - Renewable Projects (M/F), your missions will include contributing to the development of sustainability methodologies for wind and photovoltaic solar projects, including life cycle assessment, carbon evaluation, recycling, circularity, and biodiversity impact assessment. For wind power, you will contribute to noise management and strategies to reduce turbine curtailment related to avian collision risks. For photovoltaic solar, you will support work on environmental performance, as well as end-of-life and decommissioning strategies. You will help develop and update methodological materials and digital tools, analyze data to validate models, and propose improvements and techniques to support the engineering and modelling teams working on renewable projects. Start your career with a stimulating experience at the heart of international teams committed to the energy transition We are looking for a Junior Sustainability Engineer - Renewable Projects (M/F) for a 12-month contract starting in April 2026. During your studies in renewable engineering, you developed strong analytical skills as well as knowledge of photovoltaic and wind technologies (performance modeling and analysis, operations), and lifecycle assessment and circularity methods (LCA, carbon, circularity). Are you comfortable with office software and familiar with the Microsoft Office suite? Do you have experience with data analysis (Python/R/Excel) and mastery of modeling algorithms? Autonomy, rigor, and teamwork are integral parts of your skill set. Strong writing abilities and professional proficiency in English will be essential for this position. We offer you a 12-month full-time professionalization contract (100% in-company) including training modules (technical, language, tools...). These trainings are delivered internally by organizations selected by TotalEnergies. This contract will allow you to acquire one year of professional experience while being trained in the specificities of your profession in connection with the Company's activities.
