Au sein d'une équipe pluridisciplinaire, vous aurez en charge de développer des produits cosmétiques, de piloter des innovations et d'effectuer un sourcing au niveau international.Développer les produitsEn lien avec les équipes internes (Qualité, Commerciaux, Logistique, Design) & externes (fournisseurs, sous-traitants)En répondant aux briefs clients avec une vision centrée sur le client et dans une démarche RSEEn coordonnant les différents partenairesEn monitorant les plannings, la faisabilité technique et la rentabilité des projetsSuivre la qualité des projetsEn sécurisant les plans de contrôlesEn collaborant avec l'équipe Qualité pour piloter les tolérances & la mise au point des panoplies de défautsEn pilotant le cycle de vie des produits : optimisation, design-to-cost, amélioration continue, gestion des non-conformitésSourcing & veille concurrentielleEn analysant les évolutions du marchéEn sourcant des nouvelles solutions européennesEn développant le panel de fournisseurs avec le service sourcingParticipation à la vie du serviceCollaboration avec l'équipe chefs des projets sur différentes étapes clésAccompagnement sur la mise en place des outils qualité et de contrôle packagingMissions diverses de soutien au manager (KPI, templates, process...)Contrat à durée déterminée de 3 à 6 mois. Formation Bac + 5 idéalement scientifique - cosmétique (diplôme ingénierie en chimie, formulation est un plus)Anglais courant (échange quotidien avec nos filiales & fournisseurs)Une expérience en développement de produits cosmétiques et gestion multi-projets est nécessaireUne expérience dans un poste similaire serait un plus : développement de produits cosmétiques (full service) incluant le packagingMaitrise de la suite Microsoft Office (présentations client, tableaux de bord, templates word...)Ouverture d'esprit & goût pour gérer une variété de projets / tâches (l'équipe développe plusieurs centaines d'articles par an)Excellence organisationnelle, rigueur, réactivité, autonomie et sens de priorité vous permettront de vous épanouir et de vous développer dans ce poste
