You'll be part of a forward-thinking organization where your expertise will directly contribute to operational excellence and stakeholder trust.How you can make an impact:Analyze customer HSE requirements and define project-specific strategies to meet themPrepare and submit all HSE documentation required during the tender phase, including preliminary plansAttend customer workshops and clarification meetings to represent HSE commitments and solutionsDevelop HSE Scope of Works for subcontractors and ensure alignment with project standardsEstimate HSE-related costs, including personnel, training, consumables, and third-party servicesCreate and maintain the Project HSE Plan and Emergency Preparedness & Response PlanParticipate in HAZID studies during design phases to identify and mitigate risks earlyEstablish the HSE organization for the project, ensuring adequate resources and competenciesMonitor compliance with legal, contractual, and internal HSE requirements throughout the project lifecycleLead HSE reporting, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives across all project phasesYour background:Recognized HSE qualification (e.g., NEBOSH or equivalent), ideally Level 6Significant experience in HSE roles within complex project environmentsStrong knowledge of ISO 45001; Internal Auditor certification is a plusFormal training in incident investigation and root cause analysisProven ability to draft technical HSE documentation and manage stakeholder expectationsFluent in English, with excellent communication and collaboration skillsPlease kindly submit your application in English.Version FrançaiseL'opportunité:Chez Hitachi Energy, nous nous engageons à réaliser des projets sûrs, durables et performants à l'échelle mondiale.
