It is essential, from the conceptual design stage onwards, to be able to estimate the final weight, even based on preliminary data, and to monitor changes in this weight throughout the design process, right up to the installation and final delivery of the equipment. Analyzing past projects helps establish estimation methods.Within the Weight and Quantity Management department, after familiarizing yourself with the company, the department, the projects, and our methodologies, you will be responsible for studying and analyzing the results of center of gravity calculations (at the end of construction) for engineering disciplines (mainly structure and piping), broken down by area and level, from different types of offshore/modular/wind power installations designed, built, and installed by Technip Energies in the past.The aim of the internship is to improve our estimation methods and develop tools for calculating centers of gravity based on analyses of previous projects. During this internship, you will be supported by a mentor who will answer any questions you may have. This internship will be an opportunity for you to develop your skills and knowledge. You are independent, proactive, dynamic, and have good interpersonal skills. You have a good level of English (reports to be analyzed in English).
