Luxe Talent, cabinet international de recrutement et de formation, recherche un Senior Store Manager H/F, afin de rejoindre le flagship parisien d'une enseigne internationale. Description du poste de Store Manager : Directement rattaché au Directeur Retail France, en tant que Store Manager H/F vous serez responsable de la supervision de l'expérience globale du magasin. Vos responsabilités seront les suivantes : - Superviser l'équipe et veiller au développement professionnel de chacun des collaborateurs. - Élaborer et mettre à jour les plannings du personnel en fonction de la fréquentation du magasin et des prévisions de vente. - Gérer les missions liées au recrutement et la formation du personnel ainsi que l'établissement de rapports individuels. - Veiller à offrir une expérience exceptionnelle en magasin à tous les clients, en augmentant leur satisfaction et leur fidélité. Ceci comprend le contrôle et l'amélioration continue du parcours client, de son entrée à sa sortie de boutique. - Mettre en oeuvre des stratégies de visuel merchandising cohérentes avec l'adn et l'image de la marque afin de présenter au mieux les produits aux clients. - Gérer et optimiser les niveaux de stock pour répondre aux demandes des clients tout en minimisant les surstocks ou les ruptures de stock. Assurer également le contrôle des stocks afin de réduire les risques de pertes. - Réaliser des rapports quotidiens détaillés sur les opérations commerciales en cours et fournir des recommandations basées sur les données afin d'améliorer continuellement les opérations du magasin et l'assortiment de produits. - Répondre rapidement et efficacement à tous les problèmes opérationnels - en collaboration directe avec le Directeur Retail.
