Votre mission LHH Recruitment Solutions, recherche un Project Manager pour le domaine Middle Office de la DSI. Ce domaine assure le pilotage des solutions IT utilisées par les équipes support des GBU et par les clients utilisateurs des outils VMS, couvrant la facturation, la paie et le déclaratif légal. Missions principales : Gestion de projets : piloter le projet de l'étude du besoin à la mise en oeuvre opérationnelle, planifier et coordonner toutes les phases, anticiper les ressources nécessaires, identifier et maîtriser les risques, assurer la cohérence entre besoins et solutions, gérer la relation avec les fournisseurs et définir les KPI associés. Reporting : produire et suivre les tableaux de bord, exploiter et diffuser les indicateurs de suivi, assurer la transparence auprès des parties prenantes. Gestion budgétaire : élaborer, suivre et contrôler le budget du projet, analyser les écarts et proposer des actions correctives. Management transversal : animer et coordonner les équipes projet, faciliter la communication et la conduite du changement, garantir l'adhésion des parties prenantes. Votre profil Profil recherché : Bac +3/5, idéalement en ingénierie, commerce ou IT, avec au moins 3 ans d'expérience sur un poste similaire dans un projet informatique. Maîtrise de l'anglais professionnel et des concepts ITIL. Compétences en gestion de projet, gestion budgétaire, management transversal, relation client et fournisseur. Qualités personnelles : rigueur, autonomie, capacité à gérer le stress et les priorités, aisance relationnelle, prise de décision et animation de réunions.
