Nous recherchons pour intégrer notre Groupe, un Practice Leader Software (F/H). Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec Patrice Corteel, votre manager, pour faire grandir une practice à fort impact. Votre mission En tant que Practice Leader Software, vous êtes à la tête de la structuration, du développement et du rayonnement d'une practice stratégique, avec une expertise affirmée en développement back-end, front-end et environnements DEVOPS. Vous construisez et portez une vision technique ambitieuse, tout en incarnant un rôle de leader auprès des équipes, des clients et de l'écosystème tech. En lien direct avec Patrice Corteel, vous êtes garant·e de l'excellence opérationnelle, du développement commercial et de la montée en compétences de votre communauté. Vos responsabilités - Définir le périmètre et le positionnement de votre practice (technique et business). - Concevoir, structurer et faire évoluer les offres techniques avec les pôles innovation, marketing et delivery. - Participer activement aux phases d'avant-vente avec les Business Managers. - Accompagner et animer une communauté de consultants autour de sujets clés du dev logiciel et du DEVOPS. - Recruter les talents, structurer les parcours de carrière, piloter la montée en compétences. - Être l'ambassadeur·rice de votre practice en interne et en externe (événements, publications, interventions clients). - Réaliser ou superviser des missions à fort impact chez nos clients stratégiques. Vos compétences techniques - Maîtrise éprouvée des architectures logicielles back-end (Java,.NET, Node.js) et front-end (React, Angular, Vue). - Expérience significative en environnements DEVOPS : CI/CD, conteneurisation (Docker, Kubernetes), automatisation, cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Capacité à concevoir des solutions robustes, scalables et innovantes. Localisation flexible en France - déplacements nationaux réguliers à prévoir
