votre rôle En tant que Consultant Principal au sein de notre toute nouvelle offre CIO Advisory, vous aurez l'opportunité unique de faire partie des pionniers de cette initiative. Vous serez un acteur clé dans l'accompagnement des Directeurs Généraux et des Directeurs des Systèmes d’Information de grands comptes. Votre expertise en transformation digitale et en stratégie IT vous permettra de proposer des solutions innovantes et adaptées aux enjeux de nos clients. Vos principales missions : * Accompagnement stratégique :Collaborer avec nos clients pour définir et mettre en œuvre des stratégies digitales, SI et IT alignées avec leurs objectifs d'affaires, en intégrant les dernières technologies et en optimisant leurs systèmes d'information * Transformation de la fonction informatique :Aider à la réorganisation des départements IT pour les rendre plus agiles et performants, en concevant des modèles opérationnels adaptés aux défis de demain * Pilotage de projets :Assurer la gouvernance et le suivi des programmes de transformation, en garantissant l'atteinte des résultats escomptés et en créant des Business Cases solides * Veille technologique :Rester à l'affût des innovations et des meilleures pratiques pour enrichir nos offres et apporter une valeur ajoutée à nos clients * Développement des talents :Encadrer et faire progresser les consultants juniors, en partageant vos connaissances et en cultivant un esprit d'équipe chaleureux et collaboratif
