ROLE Rattaché.e à l'équipe Online Marketing Europe, le/la ManagerPaid social a pour rôle de déployer la stratégie Paid social sur la zone Europe, via la gestion opérationnelle des campagnes sur les différentes plateformes sociales (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest etc.).A ce titre, il/elle travaillera sur des objectifs de considération, de conversion et de drive to store. Il/elle veillera au respect des enjeux business & image de Lacoste, tout en assurant la bonne exécution opérationnelle, technique, créative et stratégique. Le / la Paid Social Manager reporte au EMEA Display Manager. MISSIONS PRINCIPALES Déploiement des campagnes, en collaboration avec les différents partenaires (plateformes sociales, gestionnaire de flux, etc.) - Paramétrage des campagnes dans le respect du mediaplanning & des guidelines globales. - Suivi & optimisation des KPIs, en veillant à l'atteinte des objectifs fixés. - Mise en place d'une roadmap de tests (formats, créas, audiences, etc.) - Gestion de projets techniques nécessaires au pilotage et l'optimisation du levier (tracking, flux, etc.) Suivi des performances en collaboration avec les différentes parties-prenantes (experts leviers, équipes locales, équipe data, etc.) - Suivi de l'allocation budgétaire sur les différents pays, les différentes plateformes & activations. - Analyses approfondies des KPIs & identification des insights. - Partage de bilans consolidés - Mise en place d'une veille régulière concurrentielle & technologique sur l'écosystème paid social (plateformes, créa, mesure etc.) Vous serez garant du bon déploiement et de l'optimisation continue de la stratégie Paid Social. A ce titre, vous pourrez être amené.e à contribuer à des projets transverses liés à la performance, l'innovation créative
