* Mise à jour et maintien du Store Hand Book WW (en coordination avec les équipes OPS WW). * Veiller à la conformité des opérations avec les procédures internes. * Moderniser/améliorer les outils internes. * Superviser la gestion des stocks. * Gestion des analyses (stock, packaging, uniformes...). * Coordination pour la commande des gifts sur la zone EMEA. * Gestion des commandes et le suivi du budget du packaging et des uniformes WW. * Management des guidelines packagings, uniformes, grooming. * Gestion opérationnelle de l’application Simplifield. * Assurer le maintien du savoir-faire des équipes sur CEGID, organiser des formations, s’assurer de la mise à jour du booklet pour les équipes (coordination avec l’équipe IT). * Assurer une communication constante avec les équipes sur le terrain. * Identifier les domaines nécessitant des améliorations opérationnelles. * Suivi des KPIs stockistes liés à l’attribution des primes. * Coordination avec le showroom sur la partie gestion de commandes. * Gestion de la politique d’achat indirect.
