Nous recherchons notre futur Senior Platform Engineer pour rejoindre l'équipe Platform Engineering du groupe Hellowork Cette équipe a pour mission de construire et d'opérer une plateforme interne qui permet aux équipes de développement de déployer plus vite et plus sereinement : self-service, golden paths, automatisation, fiabilité, sécurité et observabilité. Une plateforme qui fonctionne bien, c'est des milliers de candidats qui trouvent leur prochain job En tant que Senior Platform Engineer, tu seras une force multiplicatrice : tu prends des sujets structurants de bout en bout. Tu tires nos standards d'ingénierie vers le haut et facilites leur diffusion. Tu simplifies la vie des devs et accélères l'adoption de la plateforme. Missions Ta future squad alterne les phases de run et les phases de build : En phase de build, ton objectif est de piloter la construction de la plateforme : - Analyser les besoins des équipes de développement et contribuer à la création de golden paths et d'une plateforme self-service intuitive et robuste (documentation actionnable incluse). - Définir et faire adopter des standards (IaC/GitOps/CI/CD), des patterns et des "best practices" qui simplifient la vie des équipes. - Piloter des chantiers structurants (refonte, migrations, standardisation) en prenant en compte fiabilité, sécurité, coûts et adoption. - Renforcer la sécurité de nos infrastructures en collaboration avec les équipes SSI (durcissement, gestion des accès, supply chain) et participer aux chantiers de stadardisation. - Réduire le toil en automatisant ce qui peut l'être, et en améliorant l'ergonomie/qualité de la plateforme. En phase de run, ton quotidien sera rythmé par les missions suivantes : - Assurer la haute disponibilité et la performance de nos applications, identifier les améliorations systémiques et ajuster les alertes si nécessaire (réduction du bruit). - Surveiller et optimiser les systèmes en utilisant nos outils d'observabilité ; améliorer l'instrumentation et les dashboards. - Collaborer avec les équipes produit et techniques pour analyser et résoudre les incidents ; conduire les post-mortems et piloter le suivi des actions. - Participer, après formation, à des astreintes pour garantir la continuité de service. Au-delà du delivery : mentoring, influence, collaboration - Mentorer et faire progresser l'équipe (feedback régulier, code reviews structurantes, partage de connaissances). - Débloquer des situations cross-team, clarifier l'ambiguïté, et aider à prioriser ce qui a le plus de valeur (long terme vs court terme). - Mesurer et rendre visible l'impact (adoption, time-to-production, DORA quand pertinent, fiabilité/toil). Notre stack Multi-cloud (Azure, OVH), Kubernetes, Terraform, GitLab CI/CD, ELK, Prometheus/Grafana. L'environnement est riche et a de l'historique; on le rationalise activement vers des parcours standards et des solutions cloud-native sur étagère.
