Au sein de cette Business Unit, une division Vannes a récemment été déployée, regroupant les compétences de plusieurs filiales de fournisseurs de robinetterie (Vanatome / Segault / Valserve). Vanatome, filiale de Framatome et de TechnicAtome, dont les 150 collaborateurs sont localisés à Saint-Vallier dans la Drôme, est une entreprise industrielle qui assure la conception, la fabrication et la qualification de vannes et robinets pour le nucléaire, la défense et l'énergie. Chez Vanatome, au sein d'un plateau de 5 chefs de projets dédiés aux projets du Royaume-Uni, vous gérez un portefeuille de produits relatif à un ou plusieurs clients. Vous êtes responsable de la satisfaction du client et de la rentabilité financière sur le temps long du portefeuille de produits que vous gérez. Vous êtes responsable des activités de développement de vos produits, et de la coordination de leur suivi en vie série. Enfin, vous êtes le contact privilégié du client. Développement: Planifier, développer et mettre en oeuvre le programme pour remplir les conditions contractuelles agréées avec le client, en respectant le budget et les contraintes de planning Coordonner et diriger une équipe multifonctionnelle pour atteindre les objectifs liés à son portefeuille de produits (Qualité, Coûts, Délais) Identifier les ressources clefs, puis coordonner leur mise en oeuvre avec les autres services de l'entreprise Identifier, analyser les risques et opportunités avec le support de son équipe projet Etablir et maintenir les canaux de communication nécessaires pour avertir les clients de l'avancement du programme Exécution: Coordonner et communiquer avec le client en situation de crise afin d'assurer une résolution rapide S'assurer que les relations contractuelles des fournisseurs permettent de satisfaire à nos obligations contractuelles vers nos clients Gestion de la relation Clients : Être le point de contact entre le client et les fonctions internes Organiser et animer des revues pertinentes avec le client afin de reporter les progrès et résoudre les problèmes ou points bloquants qui pourraient persister Négocier (à la fois en interne et vis-à-vis du client) au mieux des intérêts de l'entreprise, tout en maintenant une relation saine avec le client. Diriger une équipe multifonctionnelle : Être responsable des indicateurs des programmes clefs et en faire le reporting Examiner avec précision les durées et difficultés des tâches et des projets Définir les plannings et les attributions de chaque personne Animer le suivi des Risques et Opportunités : identifier les risques, mettre en place des actions de mitigation et s'assurer de leur réalisation, Identifier les opportunités, et mettre en place des actions permettant de les maximiser. Des déplacements ponctuels notamment chez des clients (Londres & Bristol) sont à prévoir.
