MP DATA est un cabinet de conseil spécialisé dans l'accompagnement de projets Data et IA de bout en bout. Nous renforçons actuellement notre équipe pour intervenir sur des projets industriels de grande envergure, notamment pour le compte d'acteurs majeurs de l'aéronautique. En tant que Machine Learning Engineer (MLE), vous rejoindrez la Digital Innovation Team de l'un de nos clients stratégiques. Votre mission principale sera de transformer une architecture RAG existante en une véritable Factory industrielle permettant le déploiement rapide, sécurisé et scalable d'assistants IA spécialisés. Vos responsabilités principales : - Industrialisation GenAI (RAG) : Déployer des assistants IA à grande échelle sur des environnements complexes (On-Premise OpenShift & Cloud). - Architecture & Orchestration : Concevoir une couche API standardisée pour permettre l'orchestration des assistants par un futur système Meta-Assistant. - Optimisation de la Performance : Maximiser l'utilisation des ressources (GPU, quantification, vLLM) et minimiser la latence d'inférence. - Automatisation & MLOps : Mettre en oeuvre des pipelines CI/CD robustes et assurer le monitoring (drift, qualité de donnée, sécurité) selon les standards de l'industrie aéronautique. - Veille & Amélioration : Participer activement aux choix d'outils et à l'évolution de la stack technique interne.
