ITESOFT recherche un Tech Lead Développeur (CDI) à Aimargues Pourquoi nous avons besoin de vous ? Ce recrutement s'inscrit dans le cadre de la structuration de l'équipe R&D dont les effectifs se sont développés. Principaux Objectifs du Poste: En tant que Tech Lead Développeur vous serez responsable de la conception applicative, de la qualité des développements et du pilotage technique de proximité de l'équipe de développement (env 8 pers) De par vos rôles de référent technique et de développeur confirmé, vous garantissez la production de solution maintenables, performantes, évolutives et sécurisées. Ce que vous ferez : Conception et pilotage technique applicatif - En coordination avec le Tech Lead Intégration & Cloud, préconiser les choix techniques et s'assurer de leur mise en application, - Valider les choix architecturaux proposés par les équipes de développement, - Former et accompagner les développeurs sur les nouvelles solutions techniques retenues, - S'assurer de la cohérence transverse des choix architecturaux, - Anticiper les évolutions en faisant de la veille technologique, - Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les Product Managers pour décider du choix des évolutions technologiques. Développement Full-Stack - Développer des fonctionnalités front-end et back-end complexes, - Implémenter et consommer des API internes. Sécurité des développements - Appliquer les principes de sécurité dès la conception, - Prévenir les vulnérabilités courantes (OWASP), - Intégrer la sécurité dans les revues de code. Garantir la qualité des développements - Être garant du respect des bonnes pratiques, - Réaliser des revues de codes et prévoir les éventuelles actions de correction. Les échanges internes à l'équipe et avec les autres équipes de la BU sont nombreux et fluides. Votre futur manager : Christophe, responsable du département R&D de la Business Unit sera votre manager. Son style de management est direct et bienveillant. Son background technique et sa grande connaissance de l'environnement fonctionnel seront des atouts majeurs pour vous accompagner dans votre prise de poste.
