Nous recherchons pour l'un de nos partenaires, spécialisé dans l'industrie aéronautique, un(e) Project Management Business Partner.H/F Contexte : Supporter le Program Leader et le Program Manager Missions : Assister les Responsables de Programmes et les Chefs de Projets Seniors dans la gestion des portefeuilles de projets et la coordination des activités sur plusieurs projets au sein des Centres de Compétences Ingénierie. Coordonner et gérer un réseau multidisciplinaire de chefs de projet (PMBP) qui soutiennent les différents centres d'expertise en ingénierie, en garantissant un soutien harmonisé et le respect des processus. Élaborer des rapports détaillés, notamment sur la performance financière, participer aux négociations et représenter la fonction projet/PMO auprès des décideurs internes et des parties prenantes. Contribuer à l'identification et à la proposition de solutions aux problèmes ayant un impact sur le calendrier, les coûts, la performance et la qualité des projets. Sélectionner et mettre en oeuvre des méthodes, processus et outils de suivi de projet (PMT) adaptés aux projets des centres d'expertise en ingénierie, avec une expérience confirmée de Planisware. Gestion d'un workpackage : planification, suivi et reporting. Support au Program Management et coordination avec les parties prenantes. Stakeholder Management : assurer la communication et la collaboration avec les différents acteurs du projet. Coordination des équipes pour garantir la bonne exécution des livrables.
