Le rôle : Business Project Manager (H/F/X) - Assurance Vie Nous accompagnons un assureur majeur dans la transformation de ses activités et recherchons un profil capable de piloter des projets clés orientés métier. Vous interviendrez sur des initiatives liées à l’assurance vie et contribuerez au cadrage, à la structuration et au succès des projets menés au sein de la direction concernée. Responsabilités : * Piloter de bout en bout des projets métier liés à l’assurance vie, depuis le cadrage jusqu’au déploiement opérationnel * Consolider les besoins avec les parties prenantes métier et organiser les travaux projet (planning, risques, livrables, ateliers) * Encadrer les contributeurs internes et coordonner les échanges avec les partenaires externes * Structurer, documenter et optimiser les processus métier en lien avec les équipes fonctionnelles et opérationnelles * Contribuer à la gouvernance projet (comités, reporting, communication, suivi budgétaire) * Accompagner la conduite du changement : communication, formations utilisateurs, support au déploiement * Garantir le respect des exigences qualité, des objectifs planning et de la cohérence avec les orientations stratégiques Ce que nous recherchons : * Expérience solide en gestion de projet sur des sujets assurance vie (idéalement +8 ans) * Connaissance du fonctionnement des produits, structures et processus d’assurance vie ; l’assurance collective est un plus * Capacité à structurer, organiser, arbitrer et prioriser dans un environnement exigeant * Pratique de la gestion de projet transverse impliquant des métiers, de l’IT et des partenaires externes * Maîtrise des méthodologies projet (Cycle en V et/ou Agile) * Esprit collaboratif, sens du résultat, autonomie et excellente communication orale et écrite Ce que nous proposons : - Nous rejoindre au bon moment pour faire ta place au sein d'une organisation en très forte croissance - Des missions variées dans un environnement challengeant qui te permettront d'avoir un réel impact sur la boite - La possibilité de travailler de façon autonome et d'être force de proposition pour grandir ensemble - Un parcours de carrière adapté à ta personnalité, aussi bien au niveau du rôle que de la localité - Une formation exigeante en continu pour libérer tout ton potentiel - Des conditions de travail flexibles (horaires, télétravail, …) - Une culture de la performance avec de belles primes de résultats - Une mutuelle très complète (Alan) et des titres-restaurant (carte Swile) Comment se déroule le processus de recrutement chez Ekkiden ?
