Au sein du département Financial Planning (FP) du siège international d'Ubisoft (HQ), en tant que HQ FP Analyst vous avez pour mission de piloter les budgets et d'accompagner le développement des départements HQ. Vos missions principales seront : Financial Planning du Siège (HQ) : - Assurer l'élaboration budgétaire et les forecasts de départements HQ. - Réaliser le suivi financier : analyser les dépenses, identifier les risques et opportunités et proposer des optimisations. - Sur ces départements, avec l'aide et l'appui de votre manager, vous serez le.la partenaire privilégié.e des directeurs auxquels vous apporterez vos éclairages et votre soutien sur les projets stratégiques qu'ils mettent en place. Outils et processus : - Vous participerez à l'amélioration des processus et outils de gestion existants. Notamment avec l'objectif de mieux équiper le management pour un pilotage financier simple (ex. tableaux de bord) et des prises de décisions éclairées (ex. KPI)
