Nous recherchons un HDL (Head of Design Leader) pour piloter et coordonner les activités techniques électriques d'un ou plusieurs projets ferroviaires. Le périmètre couvre les études fonctionnelles (schémas/architecture), le design 3D (routing/implantation) et l'industrialisation (dossiers de fabrication harnais). Vous encadrez une équipe de proximité de 5 à 15 personnes, en coordination avec des capacités offshore. Votre mission principale : garantir la performance QCD (Qualité / Coûts / Délais) des livrables d'ingénierie électrique, du cadrage jusqu'au support à la production. Missions & responsabilités Pilotage global technique Superviser les activités fonctionnelles, design 3D et industrialisation. Construire et tenir le planning global de la partie électrique (jalons, resteàfaire, avancement). Animer les revues de conception et les rituels d'avancement ; assurer la traçabilité (CR, actions, décisions). Management & coordination Encadrer 5 à 15 ingénieurs/techniciens (proximité) et coordonner l'offshore (répartition, critères d'acceptation, contrôle qualité). Gérer la charge et les priorités ; arbitrer en fonction des risques, dépendances et objectifs. QCD & reporting Être responsable QCD des livrables électriques : conformité aux standards et règles internes, tenue des délais et maîtrise des coûts. Assurer le reporting QCD (tableaux de bord, KPI) auprès de la direction projet et des équipes techniques ; alerter en cas d'écart. Configuration & changements Participer à la gestion de configuration (baseline), à l'analyse d'impacts des évolutions (changements, écarts, perturbations). Sécuriser la cohérence des définitions tout au long du cycle. Interface & support Interface technique avec les métiers transverses (méca, système, production, supply). Support à la production interne/externe pour traiter les faits techniques (harnais, installation à bord, industrialisation). Capitalisation Garantir le retour d'expérience et contribuer à l'amélioration continue en lien avec les métiers (méthodes, standards, checklists).
