Le Poste : Staff / Lead Software Engineer - Architecture & Excellence Technique En tant que Staff Lead Software Engineer, vous jouerez un rôle stratégique au coeur de la plateforme fintech. Vous serez le référent technique des équipes produit et développement, garantissant la scalabilité, la sécurité et la qualité des solutions financières critiques de la société. Vos missions principales - Piloter et concevoir l'architecture technique des systèmes de paiement, en garantissant fiabilité, performance et conformité - Collaborer avec les équipes Produit, Mobile et Backend pour aligner les décisions techniques avec les besoins métiers - Définir et diffuser les bonnes pratiques d'ingénierie : qualité du code, CI/CD, sécurité, monitoring - Accompagner et mentorer les équipes techniques pour favoriser la montée en compétences et l'autonomie - Assurer la cohérence et la durabilité des choix technologiques sur l'ensemble de la plateforme - Contribuer activement à la roadmap technique et aux décisions d'évolution d'infrastructure La stack - Backend : Python, Django, Celery - Base de données : PostgreSQL, Redis - Frontend : React, TypeScript - Mobile : Kotlin (Android), Swift (iOS) - Infra / DevOps : AWS, Terraform, GitLab CI/CD
