Project Manager – Entretien d’espaces verts sur infrastructures ferroviaires (H/F) Région : Nord & Ouest Île-de-France Vous souhaitez piloter des contrats d’envergure mêlant environnement, performance et coordination d’acteurs multiples ? Rejoignez-nous pour orchestrer l’entretien des espaces verts le long des lignes ferroviaires d’Île-de-France — un rôle clé au cœur de la mobilité durable et de la qualité du paysage urbain. Vos missions au quotidien : Véritable chef d’orchestre du contrat, vous garantissez la réussite technique, contractuelle et financière des prestations confiées. * Piloter et fédérer : coordonner les équipes opérationnelles internes et les partenaires externes, animer la relation avec le client et le maître d’œuvre. * Anticiper et planifier : organiser les interventions à court, moyen et long terme, pour assurer la continuité et la qualité du service. * Superviser les opérations clés : visites de sécurité, réceptions de chantiers, contrôles qualité… rien ne vous échappe. * Suivre et optimiser : gérer les marchés, les budgets et la facturation, tout en gardant un œil sur les indicateurs de performance. * Contribuer à la stratégie : élaborer et suivre le schéma directeur avec le bureau d’études et le client, préparer les données patrimoniales pour intégration dans le SIG. * Animer la gouvernance du contrat : comités de pilotage, réunions de suivi, reporting – vous êtes le point central d’un projet collectif exigeant et stimulant.
