Nous recrutons un·e Software Development Manager / Tech Lead Management d'équipe - Encadrement d'une équipe de 6 développeurs dont 1 SRE - Animation des rituels hebdomadaires - Accompagnement dans la montée en compétences et les entretiens annuels, les choix de carrières Expertise Technique - Choix d'architectures en collaboration avec le N+1 - Validations des solutions techniques pour répondre aux besoins métiers et clients - Revue de code et définitions des best practices - Participation au développement sur les parties critiques et stratégiques pour le groupe Pilotage - Collaboration dans la construction de la roadmap produit - Participation aux meetings avec et les autres services pour s'aligner les enjeux techniques avec les objectifs business - Communication auprès des autres services des évolutions techniques Stack technique : API : REST CI/CD : GitLab, déploiements S3 (RockyLinux) Frontend :javascript, React Backend : Python, Ruby Bases de données : MySQL, NoSQL - Minimum 7 ans en développement logiciel (Python, Javascript, React) - bonnes capacité à manager : Leadership - Aptitude à fédérer et accompagner une équipe, sens du partage et de la pédagogie - Esprit orienté solution, communication efficace, méthode et autonomie - Culture Agile (Scrum, Kanban) et curiosité technologique - Capacité à communiquer en anglais à l'écrit comme à l'oral
