Rejoignez-nous pour redéfinir les limites de ce qui est possible, contribuer à libérer la valeur de la technologie pour les plus grandes organisations et participer à la construction d'un monde plus durable et inclusif.Missions En tant que Senior Business Analyst ServiceNow, vos activités principales seront : * Accompagner les directions d'entreprises dans l'élaboration de leur stratégie de mise en place de la plateforme ServiceNow ; * Elaborer et optimiser les processus fonctionnels et techniques, en adhérence avec les bonnes pratiques de la plateforme ServiceNow ; * Accompagner les clients dans leurs choix fonctionnels et techniques autour de différents modules ServiceNow ; * Optimiser les processus opérationnels, évaluer leur maturité et identifier et évaluer les gains d'efficacité ; * Concevoir des solutions techniques et fonctionnelles les plus pertinentes en respectant les bonnes pratiques.
