Nous recherchons le/la nouvelle Senior Brand Marketing Manager. Cette personne reportera directement au Head of Brand Marketing et soutiendra le développement stratégique ainsi que l'exécution des principales initiatives globales de brand marketing. Ce rôle représente un renfort clé pour l'équipe, essentiel au renforcement de la visibilité, de la pertinence culturelle et de la dynamique commerciale de Maison Margiela, en coordonnant les efforts marketing 360° au sein de l'organisation. Responsabilités principales : - Collaborer étroitement avec l'équipe marketing et le Head of Brand Marketing pour exécuter des stratégies de marque ancrées dans l'ADN de Maison Margiela, sa direction créative et sa vision produit. - Soutenir la création et le déploiement des plans de brand marketing go-to-market globaux pour MM et MM6, en assurant l'alignement entre les équipes créatives, commerciales et de distribution. - Piloter la gestion quotidienne des projets de brand marketing, incluant les plannings, les livrables et la coordination transversale. - Briefer et collaborer avec les équipes PR, Social, Digital, Media, Events, VM et E-commerce afin de garantir des activations de marque intégrées et cohérentes, en ligne avec la direction stratégique définie par la CMO et le Head of Brand Marketing. - Gérer la planification et l'exécution marketing 360° pour les collections saisonnières, défilés, lancements produits, mises en avant de produits iconiques et temps forts de storytelling. - Identifier de nouvelles opportunités culturelles, partenariats et plateformes émergentes permettant d'atteindre de nouveaux publics et de renforcer l'engagement de la communauté. - Collaborer avec les équipes commerciales, merchandising, VM et product marketing afin de garantir que les projets soutiennent à la fois le récit de marque et les priorités business. - Travailler avec les équipes régionales pour traduire les stratégies globales en activations locales impactantes, tout en respectant les codes de la marque Margiela. - Suivre les tendances culturelles, la dynamique concurrentielle et les insights consommateurs afin d'alimenter les revues stratégiques et d'enrichir la réflexion interne. - Préparer et présenter des documents marketing clés pour l'alignement interne, incluant les plans de lancement 360, QBR, toolkits par canal, rapports concurrents, listes d'assets et guidelines de storytelling. - Préserver l'esprit non conventionnel et les valeurs créatives de Maison Margiela dans toutes les exécutions, tout en assurant une excellence opérationnelle. Profil recherché : - 5+ années d'expérience professionnelle, idéalement dans la mode de luxe - Maîtrise courante de l'anglais, excellentes compétences de communication - Sens aigu des responsabilités et professionnalisme - Capacité à communiquer avec clarté, précision et efficacité - Ouverture aux nouvelles idées, missions et approches - Grande organisation et excellent souci du détail - Passion pour le marketing et la créativité - Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement exigeant et sous contraintes temporelles - Détermination : orienté(e) résultats, animé(e) par un sens fort du but et de la passion - Bonne maîtrise de la suite Microsoft, en particulier Excel et PowerPointTop of Form - The Senior Brand Marketing Manager will report directly to the Head of Brand Marketing and support the strategic development and execution of key global brand marketing initiatives. This role is an exciting addition to the team, central to strengthening Maison Margiela's visibility, cultural relevance, and commercial momentum by coordinating 360° marketing efforts across the organisation. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with the marketing organisation and head of brand marketing to execute brand strategies rooted in Maison Margiela's DNA, creative direction, and product vision - Support the creation and rollout of global go-to-market brand marketing plans for MM and MM6, ensuring alignment across creative, commercial, and channel teams. - Lead the daily management of brand marketing projects, including timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination. - Brief and work with PR, Social, Digital, Media, Events, VM and E-commerce teams to ensure integrated and cohesive brand activations that ladder up to the strategic direction set by the CMO and Head of Brand Marketing. - Manage 360° marketing planning and execution for seasonal collections, shows, product launches, iconic product pushes, and brand storytelling moments. - Identify new opportunities in culture, partnerships, and emerging platforms that can help reach new audiences and strengthen community engagement. - Collaborate with commercial, merchandising, VM, and product marketing teams to ensure projects support both brand narrative and business priorities. - Work with regional teams to help translate global strategies into strong, locally-relevant activations, ensuring adherence to Margiela's brand codes. - Monitor cultural trends, competitive dynamics, and consumer insights to feed into strategic reviews and elevate internal thinking. - Prepare and deliver key marketing documents for internal alignment, including 360 launch plans, QBR's, channel toolkits, competitor reports, asset lists, and storytelling guidelines. - Uphold Maison Margiela's unconventionality and creative values across all executions while driving operational excellence.We are looking for a candidate who has/is: - 5+ years of working experience, preferably in the luxury fashion industry - Fluent in English and French - Excellent communication skills - A strong sense of responsibility and professionalism - Able to communicate with clarity, precision, and efficiency - Open to new ideas, tasks, and approaches - Highly organized - Excellent attention to detail - A passion for marketing and creativity - Able to perform in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment - Grit: goal-oriented, purpose-driven, and passionate - Good proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint #MM
