Nous recherchons un(e) stagiaire en Corporate Development pour accompagner le développement stratégique de notre holding spécialisée dans les métiers du conseil en ingénierie. Au coeur des enjeux de croissance externe et de partenariats, vous serez directement impliqué(e) dans des projets à fort impact, en lien étroit avec les équipes dirigeantes (C-level). Ce stage vous offrira une immersion complète dans les processus de décision stratégique et les opérations de M&A. Vos missions principales : - Sourcing et identification de partenaires stratégiques : analyse du marché, qualification de sociétés cibles en cohérence avec la stratégie de développement. - Participation au processus M&A : implication dans toutes les étapes du cycle, de la prise de contact à la clôture des opérations. - Mise en place d'outils de pilotage : création et suivi de tableaux de bord, KPIs et outils de monitoring pour assurer une gestion efficace des projets. - Production de livrables stratégiques : rédaction de plans d'action, rapports d'analyse, présentations à destination des dirigeants et des partenaires. - Veille sectorielle et concurrentielle : suivi des tendances du marché, évolutions réglementaires et innovations technologiques. - Reporting et communication : rédaction de comptes rendus, bilans d'activité et synthèses pour les parties prenantes internes et externes. - Suivi opérationnel des missions : participation aux réunions de suivi et comités de pilotage, avec présentation de l'état d'avancement des projets.
