Hotel Inspector

About the Role:We are seeking detail-oriented and reliable Auditors with a passion for hospitality and a keen eye for detail to evaluate restaurant/Hotels operations and customer experience. In this role, you will visit designated restaurants/hotel anonymously, assess specific service and quality standards, and provide detailed reports based on your experience.Key Responsibilities:Conduct undercover visits to restaurants & Hotels as a typical customer.Evaluate and document various aspects of the dining experience, including:Customer service qualityCleanliness and ambianceFood presentation and tasteStaff behavior and knowledgeCompliance with brand standards and protocolsAccurately complete detailed evaluations and submit reports within specified timelines.Adhere to assignment-specific instructions and confidentiality requirements.Qualifications:Strong observational and writing skills.Excellent attention to detail and ability to remain objective.Comfortable working independently and managing a flexible schedule.Ability to follow detailed guidelines and protocols.Prior experience in hospitality, food service, or auditing is a plus.Reliable transportation and access to a smartphone or camera.Willingness to travel locally for assignments.Compensation:Paid per assignment (varies by project complexity and duration).Reimbursement for meals or expenses as outlined per project.
