Company OverviewWe are partnering with a Paris-based biotech operating in the ATMP space, focused on developing and delivering innovative treatments for rare diseases. The company is entering a new phase of growth, rebuilding and expanding its Technical Operations function following recent regulatory and manufacturing progress, with a clear path toward clinical expansion and future commercialisation.Role OverviewThe Supply Chain Manager will play a key role in managing the end-to-end supply chain for a gene therapy product, covering both external manufacturing and clinical supply. This is a hands-on role in a lean organisation, with responsibility for ensuring reliable delivery of drug product from European CDMOs to sites in Europe and the US, while helping prepare the organisation for future commercial readiness.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end supply chain activities from CDMO production through batch release, packaging, logistics, and site delivery.Coordinate with external partners (CDMOs, CPOs, logistics providers) to ensure timelines, quality, and compliance are met.Oversee international distribution, including cold-chain logistics, import/export, and customs requirements.Work closely with CMC, Quality, Regulatory, and Clinical Operations teams to align supply with development and dosing plans.Identify and manage supply risks, maintain trackers and timelines, and support the build-out of scalable supply chain processes.Experience RequiredExperience in supply chain, clinical supply, or external manufacturing within biotech or biopharma.Exposure to biologics, gene therapy, cell therapy, or other ATMPs is strongly preferred.Hands-on experience working with external manufacturing and/or packaging partners.Strong understanding of GxP environments and regulated supply chains.Comfortable operating in a small, fast-moving organisation with high visibility and cross-functional interaction.Fluent English required; French is an advantage.
