Director – EPM Consulting PracticeLocation: Paris (Hybrid working model)Contract Type: PermanentStart Date: ASAPIndustry: Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) ConsultingWhat is the role and company?A fast-growing boutique consulting firm with a strong presence in France and across Europe is seeking a Director to lead and grow its Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) consulting practice. The firm partners with leading EPM software vendors and is at the forefront of delivering high-impact finance transformation projects for enterprise clients.This is a strategic leadership role with a 50/50 split between project delivery and business development. You'll work closely with the founding partners in an entrepreneurial environment, helping to shape the firm's growth trajectory while leading complex client engagements.What will I be doing?Lead the delivery of complex EPM transformation programmes, with a focus on consolidation, planning, and reportingManage client relationships and ensure high-quality project outcomesDrive business development efforts, including identifying new opportunities, shaping proposals, and closing dealsCollaborate with EPM software vendors to develop joint go-to-market strategiesMentor and develop a growing team of consultants, fostering a high-performance cultureContribute to the firm's strategic direction and service offering developmentRepresent the firm at industry events, vendor forums, and client engagementsWhat profile will I require?Required:10+ years of professional experience in consulting, with a strong focus on EPM/CPM transformation projectsProven track record of leading complex finance transformation programmesExperience in business development and selling consulting servicesDeep knowledge of financial consolidation, planning, and reporting processesFamiliarity with one or more EPM platforms such as SAP BFC/BPC, Oracle EPM, OneStream, CCH Tagetik, Pigment, or similarStrong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsFluent in French and English, both written and spokenBased in or willing to relocate to Paris, with flexibility for hybrid workingPreferred:Experience in a high-growth or entrepreneurial consulting environmentExposure to multi-country or international project deliveryAbility to build and lead high-performing consulting teamsStrategic mindset with a hands-on approach to deliveryWhy should I take this role?Leadership: Take ownership of a growing practice and shape its future directionGrowth: Join a firm on an exciting growth trajectory with new vendor partnerships and market expansionImpact: Deliver high-value transformation projects for leading organisationsCulture: Be part of a collaborative, entrepreneurial team working closely with the partnersFlexibility: Hybrid working model with a Paris base and opportunities for international exposureHow do I apply?For more information on this opportunity, please do not hesitate to get in touch with Geoff Coleman from SA via email: Geoff@systemsaccountants.com.Who we are?SA is a leading global Financial Systems, Analytics, and Transformation recruitment company.
