Key Responsibilities:1. Serve as the primary point of contact for external project communication, liaising with clients to accurately understand and convey requirements to the project team. Keep the efficient, smooth internal and external communication to continuously enhance customer satisfaction.2. Take responsibility for the overall management of the on-site construction environment. Lead the implementation of requested safety construction procedures, strictly enforce operational safety standards, and strengthen team safety awareness and management measures.3. Manage the procurement and supply of materials and tools required for on-site construction activities.4. Oversee and coordinate logistics operations for projects in France, ensuring the timely arrival of equipment and materials.5. Monitor on-site construction progress and manage labor costs. Work closely with the Project Manager in executing management tasks, promptly address exceptions and issues, and ensure the project advances as planned.6. Coordinate with administrative teams to provide logistical support for the on-site team, addressing local needs in France.Qualifications:1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in non-standard/customized industry, with a solid understanding of on-site workflows and management principles.2. Ability to identify, predict, and manage project risks, with knowledge of European project delivery policies and regulations.3. Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or related fields. Strong project management expertise and data-sensitive mindset.4. Strong team collaboration skills, agile thinking, and excellent communication abilities. Highly responsible and capable of independently resolving issues.5. Familiar with French workplace culture and experienced in managing multicultural teams.6. Work location is determined by project requirements; must be willing to accept company assignment and adapt to medium-to-long-term business travel. Proficiency in both Chinese and French is preferred.
