How You'll Make an ImpactBusiness Development & GrowthBuild and execute a Data & AI commercial plan across targeted European countries.Develop, Prospect and open strategic accounts (Enterprise & Upper Mid-Market).Identify, qualify, and close complex Data & AI opportunities with Service Line support.Maintain a predictable, documented weekly pipeline.Achieve and exceed revenue, margin, and new logo targets.Account Management & ExpansionDevelop trust-based relationships at C-suite, IT, and Data leadership levels.Map accounts and understand business challenges to drive long-term expansion.Lead renewals, extensions, and multi-service engagements.Sales Methodology & Execution ExcellenceMaster MEDDPICC, Challenger, Solution Selling, and consultative selling approaches.Organize and run complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with speed and clarity.Build commercial proposals with Data & AI Service Lines and Nearshore teams.Lead weekly pipeline reviews and monthly business reviews.Collaboration & LeadershipWork closely with the Data & AI Service Lines to build relevant commercial offers.Align European teams to accelerate delivery and proposal execution.Contribute actively to the Collaborative Operating Model (COM).Share best practices to strengthen European sales performance.What You BringExperience4–10 years of B2B tech sales experience.Required experience with a software vendor .Proven success selling data platforms, cloud solutions, analytics, or AI services.Strong understanding of European markets, especially Benelux / DACH / Switzerland / France.Technical & Commercial SkillsStrong knowledge of the Data & AI landscape: data platforms, cloud ecosystems, MLOps, LLMs, analytics, governance.Full command of sales methodologies (MEDDPICC is a must).Ability to manage long, complex sales cycles across multiple countries and stakeholders.Solid understanding of consulting delivery models (T&M, project, nearshore).LanguagesFluent / native-level English (C1/C2) is mandatory.Additional European languages (Dutch, German, French) are a plus.Soft SkillsResults-driven mindset.High discipline, clarity, and execution speed.Positive leadership and ability to bring teams together.Strong communication skills and ability to simplify complex topics.Passion for Data, AI, and technology-driven transformation.What Awaits YouOnboarding: From day one, you'll be connected internally through a Welcome Day, Hello Drink, and Mentorship Program.Development: Tailored to your strengths: regular feedback, career development paths, career committees, an online training catalog, and international exposure to diverse cultures.Sustainability: We are committed to making a positive impact on the environment and humanity by making our solutions and collaborations more sustainable every day.Events: Both professional and social (Summer Tech Event, local afterworks, sports events, team-building activities, Christmas parties).Networking: Connect with colleagues through communities, team lunches, and internal knowledge-sharing sessions.Culture of Experimentation: Dare to make mistakes and explore new ideas—we give you the freedom to work with the latest technologies.But enough about us, now it's your turn We can't wait to meet you
