Je recherche pour mon partenaire une ou un Onboarding Manager prêt à jouer un rôle clé dans la transformation d'un pilier oublié du e-commerce : la logistique. Dans cette scale-up rentable et internationale, on réinvente les standards du secteur avec une plateforme puissante et un service premium : un modèle hybride, pensé pour accompagner les DNVB et les marques ambitieuses sur toute l'Europe.Avec plus de 100M€ d'ARR, 600+ clients et une présence multi-pays, cette scale-up française installée au cœur de Paris offre un cadre stimulant, concret et à fort impact.Missions :Accompagner les nouveaux clients dans leur phase d'onboarding en comprenant leurs besoins et en assurant un déploiement fluide de la solution.Former et conseiller sur les meilleures pratiques e-commerce et l'utilisation optimale de la plateforme.Assurer la réussite opérationnelle des premières opérations et garantir le respect des exigences de qualité et de délais.Créer une relation de confiance durable en étant l'expert produit et le point de contact privilégié pendant la mise en place.Contribuer à l'amélioration continue de l'expérience client en suivant les indicateurs de satisfaction et en optimisant les processus internes.Vous êtes le candidat idéal si :Vous avez 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en Customer Success, Onboarding Manager ou équivalent B2BVous avez évolué dans un environnement SaaS, logistique ou techVous êtes à l'aise avec les interlocuteurs de haut niveau (C-suite)Vous maîtrisez les codes de la chefferie de projetVous êtes fluent anglais écrit et oralPourquoi les rejoindre ?Un rôle central dans une scale-up européenne en forte croissanceMutuelle 100 %, tickets resto, rooftop2 jours de télétravail / semaine + 1 semaine full remote par trimestre25 jours de CP + RTTSi vous êtes intéressé, n'hésitez pas à me contacter à germain@every-ware.io
