Qui sommes-nous ?SFEIR, c'est avant tout une communauté de +900 techs, en France, en Belgique et au Luxembourg.Nous aidons nos clients :Soit en développant (Back, Front, Cloud, Data, Product, Mobile, Cybersécurité, IA)Soit en formant (SFEIR Institute)Soit en conseillant (WEnvision)Et Strasbourg dans tout ça ?SFEIR Strasbourg c'est :120 consultant(e)s qui se connaissent toutes et tous ;Des managers techniques qui comprennent ton métier ;Une trentaine de clients actifs localement et une centaine au niveau du groupe ;Des événements internes organisés chaque mois (afterworks, Meetup, formations) ; Ce qui fait notre force ?Notre culture est Digital Native.Notre stratégie est co-construite par les Techs pour les Techs.Notre communauté est apprenante et dans le partage.Ce que tu feras, en tant que Business Analyst chez SFEIR ?Ton rôle sera d'accompagner nos clients dans leur digitalisation :Assurer la relation entre les équipes métier et ITTransmettre la vision du client à l'équipe de mise en œuvreExpliquer efficacement les décisions relatives au champ d'application et faire avancer l'équipe de projetTravailler avec les équipes IT pour correspondre à la définition des exigencesÉvaluer les options techniques et décider de la meilleure façon de transformer les exigences métier en une solution technique.Assurer le maintien de l'intégrité architecturale en collaboration avec le programme informatique et les architectes.Diriger la stratégie d'intégration décisionnelle sur la base des exigences métier, du coût, du temps et de l'adaptabilitéDocumenter le choix avec une analyse détaillée des risques et des avantages pour justifier chaque solutionPiloter la mise en place des solutionsComment on va t'aider à progresser :Des points mensuels avec ton(a) manager, qui est un(e) tech comme toi ;Des formations et des certifications selon tes besoins ;L'opportunité de travailler au plus près de l'IA avec entre autres l'utilisation de RAISE, notre propre plateforme d'IA générative ;... Bref, on sera là pour t'accompagner dans toutes les situations.Combien tu vas gagner chez SFEIR ?À l'issue des PlayOffs, nos tests techniques, on sera en mesure de déterminer tes compétences, et surtout ton potentiel afin de te proposer une rémunération adaptée.Ton salaire sera ensuite revalorisé chaque année.Tes compétences, rien que tes compétences Présentiel ou télé-travail ?La plupart de nos clients sont en mode hybride. Le classique, c'est 3 jours / 2 jours.
