CLICK VIDEOS HERE and some key M&A activities in the region (KUKA, Teka and ARBONIA climate).MIDEA Electrics France is a subsidiary of Midea Group, registered at 253 RUE SAINT-HONORE 75001 PARIS.We deliver leading MDA and SDA consumer electronics alongside comprehensive HVAC solutions.POSITION OVERVIEW The Sales Channel Manager is responsible for developing, steering and executing the commercial strategy for a designated sales channel (e.g., Kitchen Specialists, Electro-specialists' networks, Retail, or other distribution circuits) across the Midea Group France brand portfolio (Midea, Teka, Comfee, Kuppersbusch, and additional extensions). This role is critical to the company's growth plan, contributing directly to the ambition to scale the multiband business from €26M (2025) to €100M by 2028. The Sales Channel Manager leads the performance of the assigned perimeter, drives profitable market share expansion, builds strong customer partnerships, and ensures flawless field execution. The position requires strategic thinking, operational rigor, strong leadership, customer influence, and deep expertise in the home appliances sector.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic LeadershipDevelop and implement the channel strategy for all relevant brands, aligned withthe company's global commercial roadmap.Build a long-term business plan for the channel, including segmentation, value proposition and competitive positioning.Contribute to the multiband strategy by identifying synergies, complementarities and opportunities for acceleration.Commercial PerformanceDeliver Net Sales, Margin and P&L targets for the channel, ensuring sustainable and profitable growth.Drive market share expansion through optimized assortment, pricing, promotions and customer strategies.Manage customer negotiation cycles for trading terms, rebates, conditions, andstrategic agreements.Ensure accurate forecasting and business planning, improving forecast reliability.Customer & Market DevelopmentDevelop strategic partnerships with key accounts, networks and associations within the channel.Monitor competitive landscape, market trends and consumer behavior to informdecision-making.Define and deploy channel-specific activation plans, including sell-in and sellout actions.Operational ExecutionManage and coach the Channel Sales Team, ensuring performance, discipline and field excellence.Work closely with Marketing, Product, Trade Marketing and Supply Chain to ensure alignment and flawless execution.Deploy and monitor KPIs, dashboards and performance reporting with high analytical rigor.Transformation & GovernanceContribute actively to the transformation agenda of Midea Group France, includingmultiband harmonization and process improvement.Promote strong leadership, embodying the company's values, culture and ambition in internal and external interactions.Hard Skills & Soft Skills P&L and financial management (margin, mix, trade terms).Expertise in the home appliances sector, particularly built-in appliances but also allother product families / PD of Midea Group.Multiband sales management with strong understanding of brand positioning.Advanced commercial strategy and portfolio management.Key Account negotiation excellence.Solid command of forecasting and business planning.Strong leadership – ability to inspire, structure and elevate teams.Managerial courage – ability to address difficult topics and make tough decisions.Influence and impact – strong presence with customers and internally.Strategic vision – capacity to anticipate and structure future growth.Decisiveness – quick, confident and aligned decision-making.High standards and discipline – rigor in execution and reporting.KEY REQUIREMENTS Minimum 8–10 years of experience in sales roles within the appliance, consumerelectronics or durable goods industry.Strong background in channel management (Kitchen Specialists, Retail, Electro specialists, or similar).Proven experience managing teams and developing commercial strategies.Knowledge of built-in appliances is a strong advantage and all other PD of Midea Group.Fluent in French and professional English.WHAT WE OFFER France is a strategic pillar of Midea's global expansion, offering exceptional professional growth opportunities.An international, goal-oriented, and collaborative work environment.Robust training and career development programs.Competitive, country-specific employee benefits tailored to local markets.Midea Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer where diversity & inclusion matters.
