Due to a cross functional move in the senior leadership, they have created a new EU Head of Procurement role to bolster their high-performing procurement function covering Facilities Management across Europe.This unique senior role is a strategic and transformative leadership position working in close partnership with board-level stakeholders. It represents a rare opportunity to take ownership of FM Procurement across a European remit, with the mandate to reshape strategy, drive commercial value, and ultimately build out a best-in-class regional procurement team.Why apply?Board-level impact. You will work alongside the regional CEO and COO, influencing decisions that directly shape business growth for one of the most iconic firms in the market.Transformation agenda – This isn't business-as-usual; you'll lead a procurement evolution, embedding supplier frameworks, and commercial best practice across multiple markets.Growth platform – Initially a standalone position, you'll have the scope to design and build a high-performing team across EMEA once embedded in the business.Global reach, local influence – With increasing budgets and a growing portfolio of projects, you'll play a key role in ensuring procurement is a true enabler of client success.Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and lead sourcing strategies across EU Facilities Management.Influence and engage senior stakeholders to embed procurement as a strategic partner.Build and manage supplier partnerships, maximising commercial performance and creating competitive advantage.Deliver measurable transformation within your first 90 days, including strategic sourcing initiatives, savings delivery, and governance frameworks.Contribute to ESG strategy and represent procurement in client-facing meetings.Plan, design, and grow a regional procurement team to support future business needs.Experience requiredCirca 10+ years' procurement experience within Facilities Management, Fit Out, or Real Estate Procurement.Strong track record of delivering procurement transformation in complex, multinational, matrix environments.Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders up to board level.Deep understanding of sourcing and supplier relationship management across EU markets.Strategic and commercially astute, with hands-on capability to deliver results.Fluency in English and additional European languages particularly French or Spanish.Based out of either Paris or Madrid (Hybrid).This is an exceptional opportunity for an established senior FM procurement professional to join a global powerhouse at a pivotal moment in their growth and expansion.
