You will work closely with senior sales leadership on complex, strategic opportunities, helping leading banks and financial institutions modernise and scale their Cards & Payments capabilities.The environment is fast-paced, demanding and performance-oriented. This role suits a confident, resilient presales professional who thrives under pressure and is comfortable operating in a very busy, aggressive sales culture.The RoleAs Senior Solution Consultant, you will act as a trusted technical and commercial advisor, owning presales engagements across the region and directly influencing deal success.Key responsibilities include:Leading presales engagements across IMEA, partnering closely with senior sales leaders throughout the full sales cycleOwning and driving RFI/RFP responses, solution positioning and competitive differentiationDelivering high-impact product demonstrations, workshops and proof-of-conceptsTranslating complex client, regulatory and business requirements into clear, value-driven solution architecturesAdvising banks and financial institutions on Cards & Payments modernisation, including issuing, fraud, chargebacks and instant paymentsCollaborating with product, delivery and commercial teams to validate solutions, estimate scope and support deal structuringSupporting opportunity qualification, deal strategy and successful closuresMaintaining strong awareness of market trends, competitor offerings and regional dynamicsThis role requires strong prioritisation, confidence with senior stakeholders and the ability to operate independently with limited supervision.Your BackgroundWe are seeking a senior presales professional with strong enterprise experience and deep Cards & Payments expertise.You will bring:10+ years of overall presales / solution consulting experience within fintech or enterprise technology environmentsA minimum of 5+ years specifically in Cards, Issuing and Payments presales / solution consultingStrong understanding of issuing platforms, DCMS, fraud & chargebacks, mobile payments, instant payments and modern payment railsProven experience supporting complex enterprise sales cycles with banks and financial institutionsStrong commercial mindset and the ability to partner effectively with senior sales leadershipExcellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skillsComfort operating in a fast-paced, demanding, target-driven sales environmentLanguage & Regional ExposureFluent professional English is mandatoryFrench is highly desirable; Arabic is a plusExperience across the Middle East, Africa and/or Francophone markets is strongly valuedProfessionals with experience from UK, France and Western Europe, alongside Middle East and Francophone Africa exposure, are particularly encouraged to apply as part of the team's continued regional growth and evolution.Technology Exposure (Highly Valued)Experience with solutions or services from vendors such as:FIS, Fiserv, ACI, Euronet, HPS, Global Payments, NCR, Temenos, Finastra, Oracle / Flexcube, SAP, TCS, Accenture, Capgemini, DXC, Cognizant, Infosys / Finacle, SS&C, Smartstream, Broadbridge and similar enterprise platforms.Why This Role?Opportunity to work with a global market leader in Cards & PaymentsHigh exposure within a top-performing regional sales organisationInvolvement in some of the largest and most complex deals across IMEAA career-defining role for a senior presales professional who thrives in demanding environmentsApplication NoteOnly shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
