Job title: Regional Retail Design Project Manager Location: Paris, FranceAbout the role The Regional Retail Design Project Manager is responsible for leading retail design projects from concept through execution. This role acts as the key liaison between design teams, marketing, vendors, construction partners to ensure that all retail environments reflect Brands guidelines and business goals.Key Responsibilities:Manage permanent projects (shop in shops, wall units, gondolas) + temporary animations from design conception to production execution and projects managementRevision of 2d technical drawings from Europe/UK markets ensures to follow our guidelines ensuring Brands guidelines, perfect execution, while respecting retailer guidelines.Debrief the global projects team for new permanent spaces or adapting them for global validationLiaise with our retailers for vendor packsManage Local agencies and suppliers, ensures quality production and installation work is done on time while building a strong relationship with retailers and suppliersManage Material validation with local suppliersCreate regional merchandising planogramsObtain all documentation related to the store opening, installation permits etc. within deadlines Track Budgets and cost negotiation with partners, ensures project execution is within assigned budgets. Report to global office yearly list of projectsRole - Specific Skills:Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesExcellent design and technical skillsExcellent communication skills, Creative, Curious, Self-Critical, Organized, Team playerAbility to work methodically and meet deadlinesMust be Detail oriented and have a flair for beauty and luxury designAble to trouble-shoot and be proactive to solve issues that arise while working in a team environmentAble to use Autocad/SketchupDesired Background and Experience:The suitable candidate must have a designer or architect background (degree or equivalent)Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, SketchUp, or other CAD softwareUnderstanding material properties, fabrication techniques, and manufacturing processesMinimum 5 years of experience in Retail within Parfums & Cosmetics or luxury retail
