Job title: Supply Planner Small Formats & AncillariesLocation: Paris, FranceAbout the role:Reporting to the Supply Manager, the Supply Planner Small Formats & Ancillaries plays a key role in supply performance and product availability.The role is responsible for production planning, inventory management, operational coordination, and performance monitoring to ensure optimal service levels while controlling costs.Key Responsibilities:Production Planning & SchedulingBuild and manage production plans based on demand, forecasts, inventory levels, and available capacities.Ensure production scheduling by integrating industrial and logistical constraints.Analyse production data to anticipate risks and secure lead times.Act as a key interface between supply chain, production, and other internal stakeholders.Inventory Management & ControlAnalyse and optimize inventory levels to guarantee product availability while controlling costs.Define and monitor target stock levels in line with service objectives.Build and monitor delivery schedules (cadencing, sourcing strategies).Manage availability and out‐of‐stock rates, set up alerts, and implement related action plans.Operational Coordination & Follow‐UpTrack stock intake dates and coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met.Control delivery receipts and validate corresponding invoices.Place POSM orders according to defined needs and ensure delivery follow‐up.Performance ManagementMonitor key performance indicators (DOI, availability rate, out‐of‐stock rate, service level, etc.).Design and maintain performance dashboards.Analyse variances, identify issues, and propose corrective actions.Provide regular reporting to management.Role - Specific Skills:Strong proficiency in Excel with a high level of comfort in data analysis and reporting.Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret production and inventory data.High level of rigor, accuracy, and attention to detail.Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‐functional teams.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‐paced environment.Desired Background and Experience:Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar supply planning or inventory management role.Previous experience within the fashion or luxury sectors is highly desirable.Higher education degree in logistics, supply chain, or industrial engineering.
