** Please apply with a CV in English **Do you thrive in finding the best talents in a rapidly changing environment?Would you like to put your experience to good use by helping us to build our European Talent Acquisition team?To support our growth and fulfil our desire to develop a Talent Acquisition team supporting all our entities in Europe, we are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team for a 6-month period.Although offering the possibility to work remotely, you will be expected to spend time at our office in Rennes when you join, to become familiar with our sector and start building relationships with your colleagues.Your key responsibilitiesAs TA Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, sourcing top talents, performing administrative tasks, and closely collaborating with the HR department as well as hiring managers.This role is crucial in helping us manage business continuity by recruiting relevant profiles in a timely manner and ensuring we continue to attract and retain the best talents in the industry.You will:Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including intake calls, job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and pre-boarding.Source and attract top talents through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.Conduct talent mapping to identify and engage with potential candidates for future hiring needs.Collaborate closely with the HR department to understand staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.Drive and participate in EMEA Clinics / EMEA People initiatives and projects.We care about our employees, but also about our candidates, so ensuring they get a positive experience throughout the process is key.About youTo be successful in this role, you need to have thorough experience in talent acquisition, working in an international matrix environment, to quickly get up to speed with our structure and begin building relationships with HR and hiring managers alike.You have:Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within our industry.A strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools (LinkedIn Recruiter is essential; Workday is preferred)Essential: proficiency in French and English (B2+/C1)What can we offerThe opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team, locally and internationally.The chance to contribute to the growth and success of our organization.If you are a motivated and experienced recruiter looking for a temporary opportunity to make a significant impact, we would love to hear from youInterested ?
