Contract Law & Legal SupportParticipate in the drafting, review and follow-up of commercial, industrial and service contracts in an international environmentSupport operational and commercial teams on contractual topicsContribute to the identification of legal risks and propose pragmatic, business-oriented solutionsAssist in the harmonization of contractual templates and practices across EuropeGain progressive exposure to different European legal environments (including Germany)2. Compliance & EthicsContribute to the implementation and animation of European compliance frameworks, including:Compliance policies and internal proceduresEthics and integrity standardsCompliance training and awareness actionsSupport compliance onboarding processes for new employeesAct as a relay for compliance matters at European level3. Intellectual PropertySupport the coordination of trademarks and patents filings across EuropeInterface with external IP counsels and Group contactsParticipate in IP monitoring and basic risk analysis related to innovation and business development4. Governance & Corporate LifeSupport the preparation and follow-up of Board of Directors and governance meetingsAssist in drafting and maintaining governance documentationContribute to the application of Group governance rules within European entities5. External Legal ProvidersSupport the coordination of external law firms and legal advisorsParticipate in legal budget follow-up and service quality monitoringHelp structure and prioritize external legal needs at European levelProfile & QualificationsEducationMaster's degree (Bac+5) in Law or Political Sciences, with specialization in:Business LawContract LawCompliance / Corporate Governanceor equivalentExperienceFirst successful experience (2 to 5 years) in:Law firm orInternational company, preferably in an industrial, technical or regulated environmentInitial exposure to contracts, compliance or corporate governanceStrong motivation to evolve in an international and multicultural environmentExperience with or interest in Japanese corporate culture is a strong plusSkills & CompetenciesTechnicalSolid foundations in contract lawGood understanding of compliance and governance principlesAbility to structure information and legal processes progressivelyLanguagesFluent French and English (written and spoken) – mandatoryGerman – a plusJapanese or any other European language – strong asset
