Freelance Project Manager - Logistics Real EstateLocation: France (hybrid setting with site visits across France)Type of employment: FreelanceDuration: 1 year + extension possibilitiesWe are seeking a seasoned Freelance Project Manager with a strong background in construction, civil engineering, or mechanical engineering to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex projects related to automated warehouses, logistics facilities, relocations, and site extensions.Responsibilities:Oversee and manage various aspects of logistics and engineering projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and risk management strategies.Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and take corrective actions as needed.Manage project budgets and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project execution is aligned with design specifications and quality standards.Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.Adhere to health and safety regulations and ensure compliance with industry standards.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.PM certificate and proficiency in PM software toolsProven experience in project management within the logistics or engineering industry.Demonstrated expertise in managing automated warehouse or logistics facility projects.Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.French and English proficiency.Other requirements:EU-based residency.Willingness to travel within the EU approximately 25% of the time.To apply, please send your CV to Natalia at:Natalia Mlodawska - natalia.mlodawska@proactiveglobal.com.Why work with Proactive?Proactive Global is an industry leading, specialist engineering recruitment agency focused on the automation, manufacturing, and robotics sectors.
