Hiring conditions:Location: SingaporeContract : 4 monthsORLocation : KuwaitContract : 5 yearsDCI is a private company close to the Ministry of Defense, created in 1972 to accompany the military equipment sales for foreign countries. DCI ensures the French military transfer of know-how across the whole spectrum of the defense and the security. DCI offers a range of services based on the capability approach in:Providing advice and assistance over the entire life-cycle of armament programs.Training expertise, in academic fields, operational and technical.Thanks to its qualified teams and a recognized military expertise, a good predictor of the label "French Army", DCI ensures its quality services through four operational departments: Cofras, Navfco, Airco and Desco.Missions:After a short preparation in France, the Rear Cabin Crewmen (RCC) will be deployed.The mission consists of :conducting RCCs ab initio trainings (NVG, hoist, gunnery, helicopter rope suspension technics, sling load,....)conducting RCCs operational trainings on H225 (NVG, hoist, gunnery, helicopter rope suspension technics, sling load,....)conducting missions with young RCCsparticipating to the drafting of the aviation unit documentation regarding RCC's training, organization and missionsProfile : Former military RCC on H225 (or H215 or AS532), you have at least 10 years of experience on NVG flights, hoist operations, helicopter rope suspension technics, firing with side door gun, sling load. You are medically fit for flying.In addition, you have a good level in English.With a strong analytical and synthesis spirit, you are rigorous and pragmatic. You are recognized for your priority management skills. Your team spirit and your sense of organization are assets for this position.
