Un acteur européen en forte croissance, reconnu pour ses solutions durables et son expertise dans les matériaux innovants, recherche son/sa futur(e) Area Sales Manager : UK, Zone Europe du Sud et Overseas.Contexte Intégrez un groupe en plein essor à l'international, porté par une culture de performance commerciale et une ambition forte sur les marchés export.Votre rôle Rattaché(e) à la Responsable de la BU Export, vous serez un acteur clé du développement international après une phase d'appropriation des produits et marchés.Missions principalesContribuer activement à la stratégie de développement international du groupe.Analyser le potentiel des marchés européens et identifier les opportunités de croissance.Définir et piloter une approche commerciale offensive et structurée.Construire des propositions commerciales sur mesure, adaptées aux enjeux clients.Mettre en place les référencements, promotions et plans d'activation commerciale.Mener des négociations complexes (tarifs, appels d'offres, accords commerciaux, logistique, CGV, conditions de paiement, etc.).Piloter la performance via les KPI de chiffre d'affaires et de marge.Profil recherchéFormation commerciale Bac +5.10 ans d'expérience minimum sur un poste similaire, avec une expertise impérative du marché UK.Expérience idéalement dans la commercialisation de biens de consommation saisonniers, auprès des acteurs de la GSB.Culture du résultat, de la négociation et du développement business international.Anglais bilingue impératif.Déplacements réguliers à prévoir.Pourquoi postuler ?
