DCI is a private company close to the Ministry of Defense, created in 1972 to accompany the military equipment sales for foreign countries. DCI ensures the French military transfer of know-how across the whole spectrum of the defense and the security. DCI offers a range of services based on the capability approach in:Providing advice and assistance over the entire life-cycle of armament programs.Training expertise, in academic fields, operational and technical.Thanks to its qualified teams and a recognized military expertise, a good predictor of the label "French Army", DCI ensures its quality services through four operational departments: Cofras, Navfco, Airco and Desco.As a ground instructor, you will : Deliver training: Provide ATPL theoretical knowledge instruction to our students. Also provide MCC/CRM training, both in classroom and in our GFS trainer.Develop content: Create, refine, and update lesson plan and training materials.Student support: Monitor student progress, provide feedback, and assist students both inside and outside the classroom.Administrative duties: Ensure timely and accurate completion of training records and planning for exams.Collaborate with Squadron: Work in cooperation with the CFI to optimize the student experience.Typical qualificationsProfessional experience: Experience in the delivery of training either in a technical, educational institute or corporate training environment. Relevant airlines flight operations knowledge gained through pilot, flight engineer, or flight navigator experience preferred.Theoretical knowledge: Must have a strong and up-to-date understanding of ATPL subjects like Air Law, Meteorology, Principles of Flight and Operational Procedures.Language: Proficiency in English (ICAO Level 5 or higher). Technical skills: Computer proficiency, particularly with MS Office, is necessary.
