Itavera Asset Management est une société de gestion française avec près de 400 millions d'euros d'encours, et ayant pour ambition de devenir un des leaders dans l'investissement en innovation. Créée en 1990, la société a pris un nouveau tournant en 2024 avec la création de trois nouveaux fonds actions : Artificial Intelligence, Core Alpha World et Space.Afin de continuer à se structurer la société recrute son Risk Manager. Son rôle consistera à assurer le suivi, l'analyse et le pilotage des risques sur des portefeuilles crédit (obligations, CDS) et actions globales et thématiques, dans un cadre multi-actifs.Les missions principales sont :Analyse et suivi des risques crédit : surveillance quotidienne des expositions (spread, défaut, sensibilité, liquidité, concentration), suivi des positions CDS et du risque de contrepartie, analyse sectorielle et géographique, et mise en place de scénarios de stress crédit.Analyse et suivi des risques actions : mesure des indicateurs de risque (beta, VaR, volatilité, drawdown), analyse des expositions géographiques, sectorielles et factorielles, suivi de la liquidité, contrôle des limites internes et réalisation de scénarios macro et de marché.Reporting et communication : production de reportings quotidiens et hebdomadaires à destination des gérants et des comités de risques, analyse et explication des évolutions de risque et d'exposition.Développement et amélioration des outils : conception et optimisation d'outils de mesure du risque via Python, VBA et SQL, et amélioration continue des modèles et stress tests multi-actifs.Profil recherchéNous recherchons un(e) candidat(e) disposant d'une expertise en risk management crédit et actions, avec une bonne maîtrise des dérivés de crédit (CDS, indices, tranches, DV01, jump-to-default) et une très bonne compréhension des marchés actions et des modèles factoriels.Issu(e) d'une formation Bac+5 en finance de marché (école d'ingénieur, de commerce ou université), le/la candidat(e) justifie d'au moins 5 ans d'expérience sur des fonctions similaires, avec une expérience avérée sur les CDS.Il/elle maîtrise les outils de mesure du risque (Bloomberg, MSCI RiskMetrics, Aladdin...) ainsi que les environnements Python, SQL et VBA, et possède une bonne connaissance des cadres réglementaires UCITS et AIFMD.Rigoureux(se), autonome et doté(e) d'un fort esprit analytique et critique, il/elle sait interagir efficacement avec les gérants, les équipes conformité, commerciales et la direction. Une appétence marquée pour les thématiques technologiques et innovantes, ainsi qu'un anglais professionnel, sont indispensables pour réussir dans ce poste.Vous vous reconnaissez ?
