Graphics Technician – Exhibitions & Large Format ProductionAre you a skilled Graphics Technician with hands-on experience in large format print and exhibition production? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where precision, organisation, and craftsmanship matter? We're looking for a reliable and detail-driven Graphics Technician to join our production team and help deliver high-quality graphics for major events and exhibitions.What Will You Do?As a key member of the production department, you will:Carry out a wide range of production processes across both graphics and print.Operate large-format printers, cutters, and other production machinery.Manage jobs from pre-RIP or pre-cut files through to finished output.Prioritise workflow in line with event and show schedules.Maintain and update multiple production schedules, clearly tracking job status.Apply accurate project codes to timesheets and job records.Follow dispatch instructions, ensuring items are clearly labelled for the correct show or destination.Implement and adhere to production processes, reviewing progress for accuracy and efficiency.Flag any shortages in stock, materials, or resources.Ensure all hardware, freestanding signage and metalwork are maintained and in good working order.Support continuous improvements in quality, productivity, and health & safety.Quality-check all items prior to dispatch.Work flexibly across varying tasks, times, and locations depending on production needs.What You'll NeedProven experience as a Graphics Technician, ideally within the exhibitions or large-format print industry.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage your own time and prioritise effectively.A proactive, self-motivated attitude and the ability to work under pressure.Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.Strong communication skills, with fluency in both French and English.A team-oriented mindset and willingness to adapt to changing workloads.
