For more information, visit www.bureauveritas.com, and follow us on LinkedIn.We are seeking a Executive Compensation & Benefits Senior Manager to join our Head Office based in Courbevoie.--> JOB PURPOSE:Manage top executive compensation programs, including salary, bonus, and LTI plans, ensuring market competitiveness through benchmarking and stakeholder coordination.Manage the complete lifecycle of LTI plans, including annual grant allocations, vesting processes, and ongoing administration through coordination with managing banks, beneficiaries, and Corporate Finance teams.Support corporate governance activities by preparing Board and CNR materials, conducting analyses, and ensuring compliance with French regulations and proxy guidelines.Execute regulatory compliance and reporting, including CSRD requirements, indices ...The Executive Compensation & Benefits Senior Manager leads the design and management of executive pay programs, including base salary, bonuses, and long-term incentives (LTI), ensuring market competitiveness through benchmarking and stakeholder collaboration.They oversee the full LTI lifecycle—from grant allocation to vesting and administration—in close coordination with managing banks, beneficiaries, and Corporate Finance. The role also supports corporate governance by preparing Board and CNR materials, conducting compensation analyses, and ensuring compliance with French regulations and proxy guidelines.--> PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:Executive Compensation:Oversee all executive compensation activities, including salary, bonus, LTI and other benefits (retirement, company car, etc), ensuring consistency and competitiveness.Conduct benchmarking and ensure alignment with market standards.Ensure legislative and market watch to anticipate changes and future requirements.Long-Term Incentive Plans:In charge of LTI processes, consistency and competitiveness.Prepare guidelines and instructions, as well as follow the proposal process up to the validation steps.Coordinate with internal stakeholders (finance, HRIS, legal) and external partners (e.g., banks) for efficient delivery of grant, vesting, taxation and invoicing cycles.Anticipate and ensure all documentation preparation in coordination with the Legal department (e.g. resolutions, plan rules, regulatory reports). Support SVP rewards to CEO/CHRO-level calibrations.
