Job Scope:Working with the Boutique Manager, this role contributes to the smooth daily run of the stock room and Omnichannel operationMain Duties & ResponsibilitiesProvide an efficient service to all sales associates including but not limited to preparation of products, advising on stock availabilityParticipate to the delivery of products and ensure that received goods match with the quantities indicated on the packing list and ensure the good conditions of productsEnsure that all products are boxed, labeled, and properly stored in the stockroomEnsure that all stock zones are clearly marked and tidySupport the introduction and maintenance of auto-replenishment to ensure sufficient availability of products on the shop floorPerform stocks transfers between stores when neededPerform rotative and full inventories countsOpen and check the content of deliveriesPrepare transfers and rebalancingEnsure stockroom maintenance & restocking, execute prices changes, contribute to prepare, and conduct cycle countsSupport e-commerce operations by supervising stock allocation for order fulfilment and stock optimizing As needed, support for client experience, including running product to the sales floor Explain the stock discrepanciesMonitor and enable e-commerce orders fulfillment with a goal to minimize order cancellationsAllocate stock for order fulfilmento Enable order fulfillment from stock available in storeso Initiate and follow up on all necessary stock transfers related to e-commerce activityo Monitor compliance for all transfer/rebalancing actionsMonitor stock shortages and coordinate with supply chain on replenishmentsWorking on the reporting tools and KPI's for e-commerce Omni-channel operations:o Order fulfilment activity, backlog, and lead-timeso Order cancellationso Order fulfillment/Longtail store refusal ratePosition RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business ManagementAt least 5 years of relevant experience in the high-end retail fashion industry;Good knowledge of the stock/supply chain processesAble to work in a fast-paced environmentRetail operational skillsCustomer service and results orientedIntegrity and trustProactive with good team spirit and able to take initiativesComputer skillsFluent in English
