Our brand portfolio consists of, Carolina Herrera, Christian Louboutin, Dries Van Noten, Rabanne, Jean Paul Gaultier, Kama Ayurveda, Byredo, Penhaligons, L'Artisan Perfumery and many more.THE OPPORTUNITYWithin our Niche division, we are seeking Performance Media & CRM Executives to support our Performance Media & CRM Managers in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through best-in-class digital strategies. You will contribute to the execution of performance media campaigns and CRM initiatives to maximize ROI, strengthen brand visibility, and deliver an exceptional customer experience across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate has initial experience with acquisition levers and a strong analytical mindset.KEY MISSIONSPerformance media:Assist in implementing the global traffic acquisition strategy to enhance brand visibility in key markets.Support the optimization of traffic to the e-commerce platform to achieve business objectives.Help manage owned and paid media channels in collaboration with partner agencies: SEA, SEO, Social Ads, Affiliation, Display, Programmatic, Retargeting.Ensure media activations are aligned with the luxury brand image while maximizing performance.Apply data-driven approaches (e.g., segmentation, lookalike audiences) for precise targeting.CRM:Contribute to the design and execution of the CRM campaign calendar, including ad-hoc and automated campaigns, to boost engagement and sales across online and offline channels.Monitor and analyze campaign performance; proactively suggest improvements and test new features.Support flawless campaign execution, manage CRM and marketing automation tools, and maintain vendor relationships.Operations & Business Steering:Brief brand and content teams on required campaign assets.Track KPIs for each channel and continuously optimize performance.Build and share detailed reports to monitor acquisition and retention.Conduct competitive and market monitoring to anticipate trends.ROLE REQUIREMENTSExperience: 1–2 years of experience in Performance Media and/or CRM in an e-commerce or premium/luxury brand environment.Excellent communication skills, fluent in English & French and/or Spanish.Ability to work proactively and effectively in an agile, fast-paced environment.Collaborative, passionate, and hands-on team player.Languages:French and/or Spanish;Fluent English.Competencies:Initial experience in performance marketing and CRM, ideally within luxury or premium brands.Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.Familiarity with digital media channels and CRM tools.Ability to balance performance objectives with brand image and customer experience.Excellent communication.We look forward to your application
