About the RoleWorking directly with the Head of FP&A, you will help shape the company's financial planning, performance steering, and reporting structure across several global markets. Your work will influence strategic decisions, support international teams, and enhance the maturity of the organisation's financial processes.What You Will Be DoingPerformance & ReportingProduce monthly performance reviews, management reports, and key financial analysesInterpret commercial and operational trends to support leadership decision-makingDevelop, refine, and maintain financial dashboards and KPIsPlanning & ForecastingContribute to building the annual budget and rolling forecastsSupport long-term financial modelling and scenario planningWork with teams across different countries to align assumptions and business prioritiesSystems & Process ImprovementPlay a central role in the enhancement of finance systems, including ERP optimisation (e.g., NetSuite)Implement improvements to reporting tools and forecasting frameworksSupport broader digitalisation projects within the Finance functionOperational FinanceCollaborate with Sales, Operations, and Administration teams on cash flow, receivables, customer contracts and commission trackingValidate and consolidate data provided by subsidiaries to ensure consistent group reportingPrepare materials for leadership committees and investor communicationYour ProfileExperience & SkillsAt least 4 years in FP&A, financial controlling, or auditStrong analytical capabilities and solid understanding of financial fundamentalsHighly proficient with Excel and PowerPointExposure to modern SaaS tools or ERPs; experience with NetSuite is a plusComfortable in a business operating across multiple countriesMindsetDetail-oriented, structured and reliableAble to challenge assumptions respectfully and support teams with clarityComfortable working in a multicultural, fast-changing environmentStrong communication skills and intellectual curiosityLanguagesProfessional fluency in English and French is essential
