As an FP&A Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the company’s financial planning and analysis activities, ensuring the accuracy of financial data, and driving informed decision-making. You will play a critical role in optimizing budgeting processes, improving performance metrics, and providing key insights to help Brevo achieve its strategic objectives.

Your Impact at Brevo:

Ensure the relevancy and the accuracy of financial data to enhance decision-making processes

-Contribute to to the monthly closing process by ensuring the quality and reliability of data in our financial tool, Pigment.

-Develop and maintain a framework to build efficiently budget and reforecast for finance and operational purposes

-Ensure that reports remain accurate and relevant and be able to structure new ones.

Collaborate with business partners through an analytical and solution-oriented perspective

-Conduct ad hoc analyses on various topics such as cash collection, staff costs, revenue growth, etc., with a strong understanding of the underlying challenges.

-Build a trusting relationship with business partners to ensure mutual understanding of operational and financial perspectives, particularly regarding costs.

-Contribute to budget preparation by developing relevant sets of assumptions aligned with business priorities

-Report the modeling of Brevo’s business model for fundraising activities or business planning exercises.

Take part in projects aimed at the continuous improvement and structuring of Finance and FP&A functions (e.g., deploying new tools, creating dashboards).

Who you are:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Audit / controlling, or a related field.A minimum of 6 years of experience in fp&a team or audit / consulting firm.Strong interest in data-driven projects and modeling skills (Gsheet, Excel and Pigment), with a high level of rigor and confidence in working with tools handling large datasets. Detailed oriented mindset.Proficiency in Excel is essential, and experience with Pigment is highly valued. Strong interpersonal skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to guide operational teams effectively and with clarity.A passion for challenges and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Understanding of accounting principles. Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with an ability to prioritize effectively. Autonomous, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving, and dynamic environment.Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French is a strong advantage.
