YOUR MISSION

Internal and External Communication:

Help designing and implementing the communication plan for the data transformation program in collaboration with the management team

Source and consolidate shareable information to ensure the visibility of the Program action by interviewing its participants

Write and distribute communication materials (newsletters, press releases, presentations) to inform and engage internal and external stakeholders

Organize communication events such as webinars, workshops, or training sessions

Delivery management assistance:

Manage and improve a time tracking system for the team's dedication to the program, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies.

Animate the recharge process and budgetary planification and updates.

Manage the catalog of services offered to guarantee its clarity and efficiency and assure the connection with the accounting team to keep track of the budget.

Manage the incoming requests:

Serve as the primary contact for all internal and external inquiries related to the data transformation program.

Sort, prioritize, and route requests to the appropriate team members.

Monitor requests and responses to ensure effective and responsive management

OUR REQUIREMENTS

Higher education in project management or a related field.

Experience in communication, ideally in a digital or data context.

Appetence for data topics.

Excellent written and verbal skills in French and English. Spanish would be a plus.

Proficiency in project tracking and communication tools.

Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously with accuracy and precision.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, changing environment.
